Featured Speaker: Allison Schreiber Lee

Allison Schreiber Lee is a seasoned trial attorney. She is a shareholder with Paule, Cazamine & Blumenthal, P.C. Ms. Lee focuses her practice on family law and domestic relations. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in high conflict custody and high asset property division matters. Ms. Lee has counseled clients in matters involving mental health and addiction concerns, and emotional, verbal and physical abuse issues. She represents both men and women in divorces, motions to modify child support, custody and maintenance , and in seeking and defending against Orders of Protection. Ms. Lee’s prior employment as a child abuse prosecutor provides her with particular insight into the investigation and allegations of child abuse.

We will talk about the “new” custody law that legislature passed last year and how it impacts (or doesn’t impact) evidence in custody cases regarding the following:  

  1. Provide information on new shared parenting law
  2. Detail evidentiary considerations to comply with new law
  3. Discussion of advising clients with regard to the new law
