Please remember that our organization pays for lunches for all that RSVP and if you do not attend and let meetings@stlpa.org know you are unable to attend, we are unable to cancel lunches.  If the number of no-shows continues to be as high as it is, then we will need to consider charging for no-shows. Thank you for understanding!

If you do not receive an email confirmation of your registration, your registration was not successful and you are not registered.  If you register for the event but are unable to attend for any reason, please email regrets to meetings@stlpa.org.

IMPORTANT

  • Registration deadline is end of day Thursday, March 8, 2018. STRICT DEADLINE. No exceptions since final count is due at that time.  There will be a waitlist after the deadline in the event of any cancellations, but selection of entree choice will not be available for waitlist attendees.  We will try to accommodate as best as we can, but no promises will be made for entree selections after the deadline as the original attendee's selection will have already been turned into the venue.
  • Registrations are required for all attendees.  
  • No refunds after the registration deadline.

Featured Speaker: Lisa A. Green


Lisa is General Counsel, Corporate Compliance Officer and a Senior Vice President of HOK Group, Inc., the parent company for all HOK companies world-wide.

Lisa is a 1985 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She received her law degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Washington University located in St. Louis. Lisa is a licensed attorney in both Missouri and California.

Lisa has 29 years of legal experience, beginning her practice with Evans & Dixon in 1988. While in private practice, Lisa handled commercial disputes both for plaintiffs and defendants. Lisa was the primary attorney handling Wal-Mart cases in the eastern half of Missouri during most of her time with Evans & Dixon.

In 2000, Lisa joined HOK as Associate General Counsel and was promoted to Assistant General Counsel in 2004. In 2005, Lisa was promoted to her current position as General Counsel. As General Counsel, Lisa leads a team of five attorneys and other professional staff. The HOK Legal Department is dedicated to meeting all of the  Company’s legal needs world-wide. In addition, HOK Legal provides assistance on a wide variety of strategic  and operational business issues such as HOK’s strategy for conducting business in a global marketplace.

In 2011, the HOK Group, Inc. Board of Directors appointed Lisa to also serve as HOK’s Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO). As CCO, Lisa works closely with HOK’s Human Resources team and has involvement in the implementation of the Company’s Global Ethics Program and Diversity initiatives. In 2012, Lisa was appointed as one of five members to the Operations Committee, a subcommittee of the HOK Group Board of Directors, charged with the day-to-day operations of the company.
